The Productivity Paradox

The most productive days are often the ones where I accomplish just one important thing.

I've learned that true productivity isn't about doing more-it's about doing what matters. The endless to-do lists, the back-to-back meetings, the constant context switching: these create the illusion of progress while preventing actual progress.

What Actually Works

Block time for deep work. Protect it fiercely. Say no to almost everything else.

The hardest part isn't finding the time. It's having the discipline to use it on what truly moves the needle, not what feels urgent in the moment.

Most urgent things aren't important. Most important things aren't urgent.
